S5T provides the following services related to hydroelectric power plant speed control system:

• Calculation and design of hydraulic mechanical systems.
• Supplying equipment, replacing, configuring mechanical and electric speed regulation systems. Including: control valves, proportional valves, servos to control vanes, sensors, speed controller system.
• Supplying equipment, replacing and configuring the speed control oil pump system. Includes: oil pump motor, safety valves, pressure relief valve, pressure oil tank.
• Calibration testing of speed regulation devices in compliance with operating requirements in Vietnam is as follows:
  – The international standard IEC-61362, IEC-60308 specifies test standards and guidelines for speed regulation systems.
  – The international standard API-670 specifies requirements for protection systems for rotating equipment.
  – Circular 25/2016/TT-BCT dated 30/11/2016 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on Regulations on transmission power system.
